What is gynecomastia?
In most cases, gynecomastia is not a big problem. But is psychologically difficult to face, it is. Deterioration beyond self-esteem and cause embarrassment, some men and children of chest pain.
Children's Hospital Boston and the study in the journal Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery found that gynecomastia adversely affect self-esteem, as well as other areas of the mental health of young boys.
The team leader, Dr. Brian I. Labow wrote, "Only with gynecomastia were sufficiently substantial lack of general health, social functioning, mental health, self-esteem, and eating habits and attitudes in relation to the control group."

Most men who
develop gynecomastia, which disappear by itself. A study in
the Journal of Pediatrics reported
that more than 75% of pubertal gynecomastia, symptoms

What are the signs and symptoms of gynecomastia?

- This breasts gland tissue swells.
- The breasts become tender.
- Increasing the diameter of the areola, or breast tissue will be asymmetrical. Areola is the ring of pigmented skin surrounding the nipple.
Contact your doctor if you have unusual and persistent swelling, tenderness, pain and / or nipple discharge.
